We ( WeOptimumWorld) want you to love your chair! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we want to work with you to make things right. But before considering a return, don’t forget that all our chairs are covered by our one-year warranty, which you can read up more here. Simply write in to us at support@wow-brands.com so that our customer support team can do their best to resolve your issue.

To fully protect your rights and enjoy a satisfactory shopping experience, please read the following details for conditional return & refund service.

Returns

– If you receive a damaged, defective product, or a wrong product is shipped, please contact WeOptimumWorld Customer Support at support@wow-brands.com prior to returning issues.

– All products to be returned must be in its original packaging and in salable condition with complete accessories and manuals, otherwise additional fees will be required case by case.

– Return service is available within 30 days from the date of purchase.

– Reverse shipping fee is required.

– Usually the item will be sent within 12 hours after receiving the payment. if the buyers change their idea and want to return, they can directly cancel their order online before the item be sent out. If not, please contact support@support@wow-brands.com to solve it.

– All returns are subject to validation and approval at WeOptimumWorld’s discretion.

– If you have purchased a WeOptimumWorld product from other channels instead of WeOptimumWorld official website, please apply for returns on the channel on which the purchase has been made.

We are sad to see you go but if you really need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return.

Refund

As soon as WeOptimumWorld receives a returned product and checks that it meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund process.
