Tracking Your Order

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email and from your “My Account”. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.


1. Normally, the local shippers deliver packages on a workday (Mon. – Fri.). Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, it’s better for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on a workday as the shipping address. It’s best to keep your phone open because the shipper might contact you via phone.

2. Some shipping services we use should have the customer’s signature to be successfully delivered. If we ship the goods to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or your authorized person are at the delivery address.


1. Please fill in the checkout page with Full Name, Postal Code, Detailed Address, and Phone Number. To avoid delays and returned parcels by customs, the correct information must be provided.
2. WeOptimumWorld reserves the right to ship orders from any distribution center(s) in our global network, as needed.
3. If you cannot pick the unit up from the original address, the carrier will attempt to deliver up to 2 times and then hold your package at the closest office for 5 days.
4. If you cannot pick it up there, it will be disposed of. All expenses will be paid by customers.


1. All orders will be shipped by the officially authorized warehouses, including but not limited to the Amazon warehouses and the factory within 1-5 business days after placing the order, pre-order products excluded, and you will receive them within 3-7 business days after shipping out the package.
2. If you experience delays in receiving your order, please contact our post-sale service email support@weoptimumworld.com immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
3. All your orders are sent via a reliable shipping service company, including but not limited to FedEx USPS or UPS.
4. Free Shipping for the United States/Canada/England/Germany. You will see your shipping fee on the payment page.
5. The following conditions will be borne by the buyer:

-If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
-The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
-The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer’s cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.


1. If you want to change your shipping address after you place an order, please leave an order comment or shoot us an email telling us your order number and the shipping address you need to modify. Once our customer service gets your message, we will check with you.
2. A gentle reminder: you have the time to change the shipping option before we send out your package, usually the item will be sent within 12 hours after receiving your payment.
3. Please note that unfortunately, we will be unable to change the address for any items that have already shipped out of the warehouse.
